The Sotsols have been coming for 25 years. This was another great year.
 Scott has been the lead guide but he's retiring now.

This could happen


No fish in this picture. What a good attitude from each of these anglers. Pete and Emily had very, very good fishing a few days ago, in another boat, to the south of Quadra. Along came friend Chad.      . We decided to go north, partly because of the wind forecast for the afternoon. You can hardly tell its blowing in Georgia Strait. We found a thin spot in the migration of chinooks down Johnstone Straits.
 So now we are talking about lining up Tyee fishing in the traditional rowboat style, which is even more of a challenge. Have a good drive back to Alberta everyone.

Michael and Beth, good times again


 It was another fun and successful trip for these regulars from the Okanagan,  Michael and Beth.

 Steve and Betsy came along , with Betsy dominating the catch in their boat.


 Eiji must have tried to even the chances, so Steve could have a go at playing a fish. 



 Dolphins Resort was our venue this time and they did a great job in all ways. Michael and Beth have been involved in tourism for ages, and they approved.  From my point of view as a guide, Dolphins does a really good job of the fish handling .
